You must call DIRECTV at 1-800-531-5000. To avoid getting charged for these channels, call DIRECTV before your three months are up.

This error message means you are on the wrong "input". To change your "input" press the "TV input" button on the top left of your DIRECTV remote. Pressing the "TV input" button allows you to scroll down the "input" selection menu. Continue to press the "TV input" button until you have scrolled to the correct input. You will know when you are on the correct input when the DIRECTV channel appears on your screen

This situation is the same as the "No Signal" error. This error message means you are on the wrong input. To change your "input" press the "TV input" button on the top left of your DIRECTV remote.
